LOL ... I'm in, but this little spec of a cannabis play is far from a safe bet like the extractors.

BTW, "JohnCM", welcome back to the board.

They have a lot of creative financing arrangements.

They have vertically invented itself to include extraction and production in addition to cultivation. They lack their own retail outlet.

The Indiva Facility consists of offices and approximately 25,000 square feet of cannabis production and processing space. Early in 2018, Indiva LP commenced planning and construction of the expansion of the
Indiva Facility to approximately 40,000 square feet, which would add approximately 21,000 square feet of cannabis production and processing space for a planned total cannabis production space of approximately 29,000 square feet. Management subsequently made the decision to add an ethanol extraction system in the processing space. Management believes that the Indiva Facility has sufficient power and water to support its expanded production operations.

It appears that changing regulations will allow them to open a cannabis store on the site of their cultivation and production facility at: 1050 Hargrieve Road, London, Ontario.

They might have what it takes to emerge on the scene. My analogy is somewhat akin to a "craft brewer".

Individually craft brewers are a spec on the beer landscape. Collectively there are more than 5,000 of them taking a bite out of "big-breweries".

I foresee cannabis in the same way. "Big-Cannabis" with names everyone knows, will have more and more "Craft-Cannabis" players who fill niches.
