You're right.. it doesn't state it out right. So although CBD in Epidolex has been the hold up for awhile, the conversation may move to THC. But Canopy also has THC-infused beverages, if you want to look at them for cues, since they're the big dog. It's hard to imagine that it would be difficult to amend the legalization of it all.
In the meantime we should see some nice January-effect type runs in the sector
