I don't think the FBI will allow this case to postpone over and over. CV really doesn't have a leg to stand on. He is a repeat offender of wire and securities fraud, and market manipulation which has all been documented by the FBI. Now if this was his first incident with these charges, it could be postponed for years, but not now.
