And from last 10Q We have announced that we have acquired a company called Sannabis that grows and ships Cannabis grown for medical and industrial purposes. The Board of Directors will be John Campo as President and Chairman, Juan Pablo Guzman as Director and Chief Operations Officer of Sannabis Operations. We have filled an 8K the effect on July 31, 2019. We are methodically working on the merger process to assure proper integration. We expect the acquisition to be complete in the first quarter of 2020.
