TBH it's hard to tell what is going on. Varde is an activist shareholder with 2 members on the BOD. They know the company inside. They did mention liquidity problems. Hopefully it ends well for us but it is kinda up in the air. 700 mill in assets vs 30 mill market cap I still think it's way undervalued. Varde owns shares in the dollar range as well.
