I find it odd that a major shareholder made an .25 offer and the SP is holding @.36 ATM...I think a better offer may come, or is the offer an buffer because the major shareholder knows BK is coming and is willing to take the risk @.25 so the bottom doesn't drop out and he/she incurs major losses and a BK lengthy process. Interesting situation here.

The stock market is an predator / prey scenario where the Companies and their lenders are the predators and retail IS the prey. Play wisely!
