Also, check it out. UCORE's submission to the US Army indicated that if it were successful, they would use the money to merely do a survey of sources and refining methods. I doubt the Army wants to pay a company to just go out and survey mines and refining technologies. Plus, who will own the MRT technology has been in court for more that a year. An uncertainty markets don't usually like.
