as I said you can make up your own mind about what you think of this company. stay or leave , is up to you. when the company does well as it did before , everyone says it's a great and up coming company in this industry, however, when it realigning its perspective on how to do better many get discouraged and want to leave. that is their prerogative and that's ok. all companies who strive to succeed adjust their way of doing business and then prosper. this is what I believe UCPA is doing now.. IMHO
