Yeah...that is big..eh? You don't acquire a domain that bares your Company name and reverse merge with another Company. That is confirmation as to why I kept on pushing the..."do not expect a reverse merger/change of control" here. The patent assignment and sub-license agreements with Facebook should have led everyone to realize that. Also, the Force Dimension agreement makes this solid!
