The bottom line issue is no revenue! Therefore, they continue to issue shares to their buddy Hoppel. The incompetent management just goes back to the same old well. They have a need for funds to continue to try and get a truck built and they can't get the non-dilutive financing closed or a down-payment so they go back to old faithful, Hoppel.

He must have converted a bunch of shares and is dumping them. What a joke.

As long as Hoppel thinks he can sell shares on the market to get his money back, this will continue until maybe, just maybe, they get a truck out the door and generate some revenue.
