$UCPA website has been down for weeks. This isn't a temporary outage for a few minutes / hours, so there are structural issues in play.

The website was supposed to be up in the beginning of December 2019. It's now mid-January 2020.

The apparent inability by $UCPA to get their website running suggests personnel issues within the company.

Likely budget cuts -- which are a follow-on from $UCPA having lost 60% of it's top clients and the subsequent drop in revenues -- have resulted in $UCPA losing IT personnel including some / all of the web design group.

The loss of the website goes way beyond shareholders. Prospective clients no longer have a portal to see if $UCPA is appropriate for them, so this means lost future business. In addition it suggests larger revenue declines and bottom line losses as 2020 progresses.
