The ceo already made great deal which in my opinion no penny stock company has done so far. 1)Transform the company to real biotech company. 2) raising 25m in private investors which is very difficult to pull through. The company must have disclosed a lot of information that are not public yet to the private investors.

The decline in the stock prices has nothing to do with asking/bid size. The main reason for stock is declining is short interest have not yet been covered.
