I'm not trying to be a stick in the mud here, but from what I have read, is that our government is scared that the Chinese companies like Huawei and ZTE that make the 5G parts and equipment will hide different types of software to spy and continue to steal intellectual company and government secrets.This is a major problem for the government and many hurdles must be cleared for any 5G equipment comes from China is installed especially for our government facilities.
