When CYPE got suspended on July 3, 2018, I noticed the bid and ask was frozen at .205 and .215 for well over a year in my account.

With no bid or ask on the greys, CYPE floundered sub penny up to .035 after the 8-k filing. Then back to super sub penny again

I think that 10,000 trade at .215 is only a glitch.

Possibly, it could indicate CYPE has cleared SEC hurdles and is ready to move again

The only "news" since the 8-k is the move to expert market. For now its a wait
