Not a fan of lock up periods. I've seen lock up periods cause retail shareholders grief. When lock up period has completed or expired and insiders sell, I've seen situations where retail traders are at bay and can't trade after lock up periods only to sit and watch on a daily basis as the share price erodes..when retail is allowed to trade, the stock is basically where it was before the reverse split. I hope it's different with this company. Just one experience that I have encountered.. hoping for the best though.
