When did they send you communication on activating the stock at year end? Can you share what it said? Can you post the communication on IHUB that was sent to you like Nelxxx's did back in May? It would be very interesting to read and helpful. He might be feeling guilty like you say but my guess is he isn't feeling bad at all. I think he is surprised we are still here. I don't think he thought we would hold him accountable. For example like the others who have sued him. Including his attorney. If he did this on purpose and this was the plan from the beginning he is truly at very sick person.
We most likely won't hear from solly8 as well. At least he told the truth for the most part. That message he sent about Rose back in June not meaning to mislead us was just a way to keep people from filing complaints with the SEC and protect Rose for what ever reason. Obviously there wasn't the "said" money he claimed was coming in to activate the stock by year end. Really pathetic
I also think serge has told staff not to talk to shareholders because, you know, its our fault. The only reason other staff members were called was because you couldn't get the truth from the front office. People want to know what happened to their money. The shareholders are guilty of expecting the bare minimum and that is an active stock for the thousands of dollars given. Sorry to hear you lost big, he can't even man up and tell you the truth or call you back. Wow
We can always hope for February 2020. I was told February for years, just change the year that suits timeframe.
