Just personal perspective here since I know only that I just fount this down big today and it’s a lazar play. I don’t know more other than looking around.
1) IG/MB merger required a r/s because management took and restricted 85% of the o/s and they needed the room to distribute shares and restrict it even tighter. So any news could make it explode or remove volitity from their stock. It’s now CL/NH.
2)Micro floats can go way high with good news. They don’t need to dilute, they could if they wanted to. But lazar has made many a lot of money and he’s customizing the shell as per demands. I still don’t see how he’s doing it without a def14 filed, and 10k is due soon enough. He files those timely. I’m playing this gamble
