If one was the read and comprehend the CCAA's final judgement they would see this:





We can agree the Judge was speaking of BioAmber Inc Shareholders right?

Well CCAA is terminated and PWC has been discharged.

Also part of the "Visolis" APA hahah I cant even write that without laughing, states that all corporations bearing the name BioAmber must change their corporate name. Ofcourse BioAmber Inc the us entity is not included in this because it is where shares are attached.

So now that PWC has been discharged it is no longer their duty to change BioAmber Sarnia, BioAmber Canada or BioAmber BioChemicals corporate name...

Soooo who has the authority to do this now?

Simple you can contact Corporations Canada and they will give you a black and white answer. They have a 1-800 number or even an email you can contact them through.
