Good work. He will probably come back for another try. I would imagine... unless he has been barred by the SEC/FINRA from conducting business, but I do not recall ever hearing or reading that. He should be barred but regardless, if he should try a comeback he will be watched now more than ever. He had plenty of time in the can to plot his next move. Sometimes these crooks are really psychotic con artists who cannot help themselves. It is kind of like an addiction. I have personally known a few. So will he remain in the game with FCGD, take on a disquise, or try to pawn it off?
