I have noticed the best way to invest in Lazar's anymore with so many Custodianship's on His plate... You pick a few that attract you for whatever reason and just hunker down until a real deal merger happens.. Peeling a few off on the random pops from his filings...

Him putting out filings anymore does not really mean anything except for flippers... His stocks routinely drop a day or 2 later when folks realize they did not buy anything but a shell prepped and ready for a merger down the road..

Is that a bad thing no not at all.. It's just not like a old random company filing a reinstatement coming alive with a merger.. We all know Lazar filings are just him cleaning up so the "WOW" factor is now gone knowing it could be 6+ months before a merger....

Same with his attorney letters.. Folks wait to sell on them as well...

So from my perspective after following Lazar now for almost a year..

Hope your in a good clean shell that he finds a good visible and viable company to take over... That is by far the best!

Like IDAD for example... Some he finds are amazing and Others he finds are so so like REPO...

It is a true roll of the dice... BUT... AFTER Lazar gets them current and they drift lower and lower from folks selling for losses out of boredom then you have a great opportunity to buy the ones you like for pennies on the dollar..

But unless you randomly own one prior to custodianship filings his shells have reacted less and less to filings, corporate events etc....

Happy New Year everyone!!
