Well boys and girls,

I've taken a few days to digest news and tried to see if I could see the patent filing. Unfortunately it does not appear it is available to view online yet.

However, some thoughts.

IMO the buying we see of late is in large part the result of this patent filing. For the long termers, this is the news we have all been waiting on. Some folks "get it" .... Others are just fed up and want out of the stock. And honestly no one can blame anyone for selling given the history.

For a long termer it has been tough. But why do you own this stock in the first place ?? My guess is you, like me, have always known the algae and it's derivatives have continued to produce positive results and believe that being able to control inflammation in the body is a huge deal and supports multiple vertical possibilities in human and animal health. Multibillion dollar verticals individually.

I believe ZIVO may have finally done it. What is IT ? Read the PR. As with most things ZIVO, PRs are very limited in what they say ...... this one probably should have been trumpeted to the world and especially in medical circles.

While I have very little faith in Dahl as a CEO, I would say the opportunity as an investor in ZIVO has improved significantly.

I am certainly not going to give any investment advice but I would suggest folks reread the patent filing announcement and consider why you own this stock.

Would love to hear folks thoughts. Would also love to hear from those lurking as well.
