Looks good, but....apart from your ibox update....some things don't add up to what is unfolding here.

Over $1 million of debt and expense was transferred. Barron will not get that much for selling this shell.

I have seen postings of clean shells for sale in the $340k - $450k with Authorized Shares of 500 million and less.
This ticker has 5 billion A/S with 3.xB Outstanding.

So, he will get a couple hundred $K but still holding over $1M in his private company.

I wonder if it will be transferred over to LVXI and bleed out there?
