Sirius XM Satellite Radio (SIRI) was on the verge of bankruptcy in February 2009. Sirius had about 3.8 billion shares of common stock outstanding, and it traded at a low of $0.055 (5.5 cents), with a market cap of about $209 million:

Today Sirius shares are trading at $7.17 per share, with about 4.4 billion common shares outstanding, and a market cap of $31.76 billion. Sirius did not change stock exchanges, but it was more of a penny stock than NWBO, and had over 3 to 4 times the number of fully-diluted shares outstanding than NWBO has.
