Still confused ...... Irish you say they dumped this now to fly under the radar but a little research comes up with the following “ The process of filing and having an F-1 approved by the SEC can take anywhere from two months to a year. Our team is available throughout this process to prepare and submit subsequent amendments.”.(Source https://www.newsfilecorp.com/filing/edgar/formf1.php)
So the actual document won’t be posted, made legal, until Easter if not as late as Thanksgiving. Maybe you can use the time and your influence to get a better price for the rights. (by the way I now figure I will have access to the rights by using another address )

Investopedia says “ In a rights offering, the subscription price at which each share may be purchased is generally discounted relative to the current market price. Rights are often transferable, allowing the holder to sell them in the open market.“

So will you try and get a lower rights price and make the rights transferable. If they make changes I would say it’s “put up or shut up” time for us.

Finally, I don’t see how moaning to the SEC who are the ones that will approve this rights issue is going to help us in any way.

Happy holidays all

( i have spent far too much time on this )
