He had to submit an amended 1a offering sheet to sec/finra....takes like 20 calendar days until they usually make a decision to approve or reject it....probably won’t see until after xmas then....he promised updates after 1a gets approval....Stock has been fairly stable lately, but tax loss sellers are starting to trickle thru now
