This is a scam and we go through the same thing every year. A new group of investors come in thinking Asck won't do another Rs.

The only people making money are little John, Lee, and possibly a few flippers. The others that fall for the scam will loose everything.

John has never built a house so why would anyone put in a order for millions of dollars.. There are so many other lightweight concrete companies to buy from with much more experience in actually building things.
