not hardly. opti making lower highs and lower lows pattern now. buying today doesn't change the overall trajectory of stock which is down. the debt is still there that is converting. noteholders thank brave buyers who don't mind holding bags while they exchange their notes for shares at a pps basis of .0007/.0008. .005's buyers here are now stucks like the .006's buyers were two days ago. it will continue until opti is back in the .001's and heavy conversion intensifies again.
