There is no proof at all this is a scam company as it reaches many companies, many successful business people and so many 3rd party confirmations of the relationships between these companies and executives.
I will trust the facts and where they take us not the BS scam opinions.
The T/A is critical to keep us updated on the share structure and that is why I have built that relationship. Some are critical at the number of times I update everyone but I feel it important to eliminate, with facts, the call of the company selling shares into the market.
The biggest alarm I have right now is why one week before we get the OralTabs site come up and Symtomax's website being updated we have had over 4 million shares traded in the last week with over 65% of those shares being bought? Seems someone or a group of someone's was leaked this information and they took a large position.
Not many retail investors that have been here for a while own the stock at these prices so if they sell, it is their loss and apparently with all of these sudden happenings, the buyers will profit from someone else's loss. I think Warren Buffet made a reference to this process.
When I see 100 share trades, 200 share trades and like what just happened a 500 share trade for .0357 ($17.85) I know someone is trying to get people scared to sell their shares. Yesterday was a prime example. A strong shareholder bought those 171,000 shares someone decided to sell. He even commented on being the 'happy buyer'!
Anyways, until someone can provide a single link or proof this whole story, reaching over many countries and many companies, is a scam, then I will wait for an update accordingly.
Remember this, about 20,000,000 in the float and 120,000,000 have been traded since Sept 18,2018, the first day of trading. IMHO, there is a naked short position in this stock but that is my opinion with no proof except these numbers which ARE FACTUAL. Also remember, a short seller makes NO profits until they cover that short position and so far the company has not diluted a single share into the market except to pay down debt.
