With ADSV, Miro had stated in emails to several individuals the same things. As I posted this morning he had said on Friday, 6 days ago now, that the wire was being sent that day and that “DE may take few days to post”...... several people had inquired to DESOS this week and confirmed that no payment had been received but that no other information could be provided.
Now.... as I’m sure you’re aware, wire transfers almost always hit the same day, but if sent too late in the day they will post early the next business day. With wires, there’s no waiting time or clearing times as many on this board have ignorantly suggested without any knowledge. As someone who regularly does wires and had friends that work in wire departments of certain banks, I do know how this works well.....
Point being, if the payment was sent Friday and hit Friday or Monday at the latest, and according to Miro takes “few days” to post on DESOS, well it’s now past the deadline. The paperwork and other stuff does see delays often because of human error and being the end of the year. But the payment is electronic and would have posted by now I feel quite certain. Last I heard someone reached out to DESOS was yesterday inquiring on the payment...... I would invite anyone here to reach out and ask for yourselves wether or not payment has been received this week for Allied Security Innovations, Inc....... My believe if you too will learn no payment was ever posted. Having run though the logistics of the payment processes, I think it is only logical, ESPECIALLY IN THE OTC, to assume that someone gave out inaccurate information.
Furthermore, someone had posted on this board that MMG stated FTWS was being payed some 3-4 weeks ago and this too never happened. I will be looking into proof for this which if I find it I will post later today. In assuming this is accurate, it seems to further suggest to me that MMG is spreading information as fact without any backing much like the information on their website, their claims that filings are coming, and that a $10B company is coming in as is blatantly shown on their website. This is what they are suggesting, is it not? It quite literally states the dollar amounts on the tab about OYO.
All this said, I think the folks at MMG have no problem making up a false narrative. I wish this weren’t the case and you’d certainly be inclined to believe that someone would not wish to deal with the legal ramifications which are likely IF this is all lies/games, but I have seen worse in the OTC by a long shot....... this situation never really has been believable, which is why it didn’t go multi pennies on the speculation and even with the website being up a few weeks isn’t even a double from where it closed the Friday all this stuff hit after close.....
