Is this company really that inept? There are now over 41 million shares outstanding. Are they really selling shares into the open market at 2 cents? Last quarter-end the book value per share was 68 cents! Do they not know how to get debt financing? This stock has the potential to be a massive gainer unless mangement is inept enough to blow it through issuing shares at this price! Can someone wake them up? I have never seen such poor management of a company.
