Not doing anything at moment. Waiting 'clarification' next week. I really guard my time spent on actions with result sketchy.

I have no confidence in 'SEC system' to guard SHs interests. When they take action to 'close it down' (to rise elsewhere)...guess who gets the shaft. Now, tell me again, who's interests is SEC batting for?

Class action suites are same way. Even in a 'win', after legal fees (and how long it can drag on), proration of 'win' becomes pennies on the dollar.

If a company desires to screw over the SH...so many ways and so little recourse.
