There's really only one person decrying this stock, and they haven't offered any evidence other than a general condemnation of all tech start-ups in the Santa Barbara area.

The scientific and academic credentials of the Dr. Lee and his partners at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University speak for themselves.

Obviously the upside if Dr. Lee cracks the tech to commercial grade is immense.
But likewise this is pretty much an all-or-nothing long-term play to be treated accordingly.
