NP made it clear that he can sign the current agreement today if he wants to (yeah, I know, he's a liar, can't believe him, blah, blah, blah), but he's now taking a step back (i.e. pause) for a reason. Could it be because we got the TNBS and NASH results for this "amazing molecule" (per Dr. Patterson) after they signed the NBA?



He should have had a very good idea of how leronlimab would have done. I did and I haven't been dealing with it for over a decade.

I think the deal would fall apart because an agreement on a single indication would do a disservice to potential partnerships in other indications or our potential partner wanted to lock up future indications. The terms as they were stated when the NBA was announced were even tolerable enough that I would have been ok (but just ok) with those same terms for all indications.

If Cytodyn is looking to continue forward after leronlimab, no deal is still best.
