I understand the constraints KBLB has been operating under.

KBLB now has their own scientific team, performing research, etc, while further advancing technological advances with respect to their provisional patent filings.

Their progress on this front alone is not to be taken lightly....

If Dr. Fraser of ND wasn't under contractual obligation to the University, one could argue that KBLB would be further along...
