Why would this Marc Walthers CEO of the very failed IFUS continue to blame "former board members" for his complete and embarrassing failure at IFUS?? Why??? It was Marc Walthers fiduciary responsibility to make payments on the loans and to execute "his" business plan for IFUS. All of that was a complete and total failure. I will have to post more of those filings showing Marc selling millions of dollars worth of IFUS stock. So, yea. IFUS was strong when insiders made millions of bucks here. The rest was just noise and court room drama to cover that up. It worked. Not going to much matter soon. This lack of IFUS transparency now in regards to the new SEC rule about filings???? No bid boys!!!! I guess IFUS or this marc walthers dude can blame the SEC rule for the end of the stock. But make no mistake when the MM's stop quotation it is no bid here. Perhaps IFUS could put out a PR blaming someone for something. Or get the promoters to tell a "story".
