No love for CXDC. P/E 1.5 and P/B 14%.
This is a stock that you would normally buy.

Buyout offer $5+ from 2017.

Morgan Stanley converted to 16M common shares and joined the minority shareholders. Instead of being a buyer for $5+ they could become a seller for $1.85. Probably not, but I have seen crazier things.

I think the stock could go lower.
What a mess this sector.

So, I'm not going to do anything.
Keep my HERB and some cash on the side.
