Well, at 5$ pps my position would be worth 9 figures, so I honestly doubt that's going to happen in a matter of months. Just being realistic.

And if PPS goes to 5$ but I have fewer shares after the deal, then it's no different from just doing a reverse split in UATG and doing the capital raise/merger there. So frankly I don't think you have much of a point here.
