So is this thing gonna move soon?

A Challenger 600 is not a very impressive aircraft in this day and age for charter operations, it is a dinosaur that requires lots of money for soon to be required regulatory avionics upgrades (January 1, 2020) and that does not include additional upgrades required for international operations to Europe.
