after re-reading crap and glancing back at their website. it seems like this "Luxembourg raif fund" isn't being use for a share buyback. The money that is going to be use for a share buyback will be what i BOLD in the quote.

i realize they slap a "Safe Harbor Act" right on their website.Safe Harbor i guess that means their website is 99.99% fake. All joke aside, price prediction will be .0001 and .0002 for a while. Dont know how they come up with these prediction but HEY .0001 holds true for November. PHI is floating between .0001 and .0002 so that is close enough for a prediction.
