Interesting that DGWR has 104 Million Outstanding share count and 90 Million of that is Restricted leaving a very small Float that led to a .035 to .18 move and the Authorized shares had no effect at all in hindering that and yet all you want to point out is the Authorized shares and a stop sign...We all know what the A/S is and we all know there is a stop sign...What is your point?

If careful was the protocol then none of us would be trading in the OTC...careful is kind of an oxymoron for this application...
