Posters on this board suggest any move of business to Wyoming allows for unlimited dilution or a/s..

Seems illogical to have a 50B a/s or unlimited considering there are only around 200 million outstanding. Only thing that makes sense is for it to act as a control mechanism/poison pill if shenanagins in OTC market occur.
