There is already a deal inked for Acreage to be under Canopy Growth's umbrella which is currently controlled by Constellation Beverage with a $3 billion plus deal, when it can happen legally in the US which is going to take descheduling, MORE and SAFE Act being written into law or possibly some US/Canada trade deal, swinging open the doors for international products to move freely across borders. There was already something like $270 million that went from Canopy to Acreage's coffers and was distributed as a one time dividend.
Acreage has already got the takeout deal in the works so don't need Medmen or anybody else. Medmen could be a takeover target for Acreage though when they tank Medmen.
