Good pt about potassium binders being main stream. Most of my wife’s patients are on them ... over 800,000 patients in US , EU and Japan combined

The itch problem that CARA is addressing is far less ... maybe 20 % of my wife’s patients at most... but a real , almost “ unmet need “ as available light therapy has minimal benefit and is very time consuming

These patients really suffer from decreased quality of life , poor sleep , infections etc Hope CARA ‘s drug works for them
