Our Transfer Agent is a solid Company that is registered with the SEC. Registered. Everything is Registered, and Access-Power, Inc. Is a Registered Company as far as I am concerned. I will work and strive towards the creation of Shareholder Value. My only concern at the moment is to INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE. I am rooting for my Shareholders!

Really? If only you can see the numbers, where are the restricted, unrestricted and held at DTC numbers. Your TA should be showing you ALL the numbers Mr. Principal. Oh wait, that is just a screenshot of the otcm security page and looks identical to what I just pulled up.

Only yours has a NA instead of the full words.

Mr. Principal, you're up very late, probably over medicated and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because you may be confused. I also think this because you believe you must file a form 4 with the SEC if you buy your stock. You may not be obligated to do so.
