Let’s take guesses at what the outstanding share count will be in their April 19th 10-q next year. Keep in mind after the last reverse split down to 3.5 million shares this year they issued 53 million shares to themselves, instantly diluting the share count by a factor of 16.

They have 12 million shares outstanding now, after they pay themselves again and note conversion continues for another 5 months, I say by the April report they have 200 million shares.
