FORGET shareholders althogether, $4.3 wouldn’t even be in the best interest of MOST CREDITORS. I’m confused. Is the allegation that the judge was lying (even about most creditors when actually said all stakeholders of which shareholders make the list)? Or just grossly incompetent? I’d love someone to put their name to that allegation.!

Ps nice to see the narrative has moved from “$4.3 is everything leaving most creditors and all shareholders with $0”. TO “ well maybe a preferred shareholder would get something” bwahahahaha 11 th hour changes to the cancel fantasy and ironically all while the stock can’t be traded. So funny . Regardless how this turns out, I’ve already gotten many times worth my money just on the entertainment factor.
