These disasters are getting worse due to the industry's lack of a solution. HTSC has supplied a low cost solution to Los Angeles County and Riverside County residents now to rebuild fire retardant and energy efficient homes using HTSC's ICF(Insulated Concrete Forms) construction technology.

ICF material is 50% to 70% more energy efficient than wood framed properties which could one day be an easy way to end the rolling blackouts which have plagued the California scenery for decades. HTSC's ICF construction technology has now become a very affordable and attractive opportunity for California residents now that material and labor costs are comparable between ICF built properties and wood frame built properties.
