One has to wonder where all the convertible loan money goes when bvtk and Tom doesn't have anything tangible to show for it. One can surmise that Tom is purposely missing those monthly debt payments to the loan financier so the financier can aquire stock to dump and kick back money to Tom. Thus continuing to perpetuate this scam he has going.
