I believe that the email is legit, but I've always found the language less than convincing. Frucci has been engaged 2 complete the financials. That's an odd way a presenting an answer regarding the work that needs to be done.

If frucci and associates wer actually conducting the work, wouldn't they just say that they're conducting the work instead of presenting us with a phrase that says they've been ENGAGED to complete the filings? It's weird
