For NWBO and every other OTC stock, the trades are double counted. Both the buy side and sell side acre added to the volume. So you can quickly see that for the most part, a couple of market makers are buying and selling their own shares to give the illusion of liquidity. This market action has absolutely no bearing on the value of the company !
